Does that mean that happiness is better than debt? If so, I agree... I like my Z, and one of the things I like about it is that it's paid for. It's a big ole POS - has 250k miles on it, lots of nagging things that need to be done to it that I don't have time for, and gets typical Z gas mileage. But I have no payment on it, and aside from the auto tranny dying and the battery dying, it has never left me stranded. And more with the Z than any other car I've owned, I don't mind working on it myself when it needs something. And a lot of that comes from not having a car payment.
